Samara Cidrim is an experienced employment law attorney specializing in single-action FEHA claims, wage and hour cases, and PAGA/Class Action lawsuits. Samara has successfully managed complex discovery processes, conducted and defended depositions, and represented clients in mediation proceedings. Her expertise includes legal research, drafting strategically-pled complaints, and negotiating settlements that consistently generate winning outcomes for her clients.
Before joining the employment law sector, Samara worked in business affairs at a leading talent agency, where she negotiated and drafted high-profile talent agreements. Her diverse legal background also includes extensive work in police misconduct litigation, healthcare compliance, and corporate law.
Samara earned her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where she obtained certificates in Sports & Entertainment Law and Mediation and Negotiation. While in law school, she externed with the in-house legal team of a major healthcare organization and supported nonprofit legal services through roles focusing on estate planning and copyright law.
