Ricardo Hicks is an experienced plaintiff’s employment litigator. He has successfully advocated for employees in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Ricardo’s passion for workplace justice stems from his personal experiences in the hospitality industry, which ignited his drive to address workplace injustices and empower employees facing mistreatment.
Ricardo earned his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of employment law. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a business emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder, equipping him with a strategic approach to analyzing employment cases.
