Prince Toor has extensive experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in employment and labor law, personal injury, and general liability. He has managed a full spectrum of cases across multiple practice areas, demonstrating expertise in legal writing, depositions, and court appearances.
Prince has successfully negotiated settlements, participated in alternative dispute resolution processes, and provided strategic legal guidance to clients. His experience includes serving as a supervising attorney, where he led teams of attorneys, investigators, and staff, overseeing case strategies and performance. Prince earned his J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law, where he was awarded multiple Witkin Awards for excellence in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Tribal Sovereign Immunity.
