Kyle DeCamp is a skilled and seasoned litigator specializing in employment law and complex civil disputes. He has successfully represented clients in matters under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), wage and hour disputes, and PAGA claims. Kyle has conducted and defended numerous depositions, managed extensive case dockets, and first and second-chaired trials. He has also played a pivotal role in mediation and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Laurel, Kyle worked at prominent national law firms, where he gained extensive trial experience, including multi-week federal product liability trials. Kyle’s strong litigation background includes drafting Daubert motions, preparing expert witnesses, and handling complex discovery matters.
Kyle earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he distinguished himself in trial advocacy, winning multiple national mock trial championships and earning the Order of Barristers' highest distinction. He continues to mentor future litigators as an attorney coach for UCLA Law’s trial teams.
