Bio
Brian Heit is an accomplished litigator, with extensive experience handling wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and wage and hour claims. Throughout his storied career, Brian has skillfully represented employees, employers, individuals, and businesses, delivering results-focused counsel across California.
Brian has previously served as Founder and Managing Attorney at multiple firms, where he managed complex caseloads, advised on high-stakes legal strategies, and achieved successful outcomes for clients. His experience includes appearances in both state and federal courts, where he has developed a strong reputation for his persuasive trial advocacy and clear communication. In addition to litigation, Brian’s leadership extends to his role as Deputy Chair and Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association's National Corporate and Association Counsel Division.
Brian earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received multiple academic honors, including the Dean's Certificate of Achievement in Evidence and Scholastic Distinction upon graduation. While in law school, he honed his skills through clinical fellowships and externships, contributing to public service and investor rights initiatives.
Outside of work, Brian is passionate about mentorship, community engagement, and staying active in professional organizations.
