Brady Anderson, Esq. is a fierce litigator with extensive representative experience that includes wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and wage and hour disputes. Brady has represented employees and businesses across California, leveraging his experience in drafting persuasive motions, preparing discovery responses, and negotiating favorable settlements. Brady began his legal career as a judicial extern at the Office of Administrative Law Judges-Department of Labor, where he honed a deep expertise through legal research and drafting decisions on complex employment matters.
Brady earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Brady worked throughout law school, gaining hands-on experience through internships and externships that honed his litigation skills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
